Tampons were taxed as luxury. Things like Viagra and Rogaine? Tax-free. The math wasn’t mathing. With zero paid media, we made the facts impossible to ignore, loud enough to enrage the public and pressure lawmakers. Michigan repealed the tax. Other states followed. The policy now saves people who menstruate thousands over a lifetime — money they can put toward anything other than systems stacked against them.
